About Us

Envision Landscape Studio views landscape architecture as an artistic expression that blends man, the environment and social interaction. We strive to create spaces that are innovative, sustainable and responsive to existing environments. Being both Landscape Architects & Landscape Contractors enables us to view our projects from both an artistic and constructibility perspective. Our approach results in seamless communication between client the designer and the contractor.

Landscape architectural design

We produce all the needed plans to help our clients visualize a space and to get through city permitting or HOA approval.  Our plans typically include, but are not limited to Conceptual Design, 3D Modeling, Planting, Irrigation, Water Use Calculations, Lighting, Conceptual Grading and Drainage, Brush Management, Hardscape as well as all Construction Details.

Landscape construction

In addition to our extensive design services, we also offer landscape construction services.  We operate under C-27 Landscape Contracting License #960095. You can reference the Envision Landscape Studio License, Bonding, and Workers Compensation Insurance at www.cslb.ca.gov

Envision Landscape Studio Inc. is licensed to perform the following work beyond the building structure: Concrete, Masonry, Wood and Metal Fencing, Wood and Metal Latticed Overhead Structures, Outdoor Fireplaces and Firepits, all utility runs to outdoor built elements (Electrical, Gas, Water, Drainage), Paving, Irrigation, Planting, and Water Features, and any other features not attached to a building.

Landscape Design Build

By offering both Landscape Architectural Design and Landscape Construction services, we consistently deliver excellent landscape solutions…and satisfied customers

Our landscape designers responsible for your ‘design development’ actually stay  with your project throughout the process—from design approval to final completion.   Being “vertically integrated” and working in concert with our construction supervisor and construction crews, we’re able to ensure timely and accurate completion throughout every phase of  your project. Plus, with our designers fully involved, we’re able to explore when there’s the potential for a better solution and then make field design modifications in real time. And, having our designers so intimately involved facilitates consistent feedback on actual and on-going construction costs.

Although we offer Design Build services, we can also treat the services separately by providing hourly or flat fee proposals for the design work, and to help develop a budget, we can include the construction estimating in those fees. After the design is complete, our clients are free to have their plans bid on by other reputable landscape contractors.
